Hunter Place by Hunter Place Developments

Hunter Place Developments is applying to the District to rezone its properties at 1100, 1120, and 1140 Hunter Place, just behind the Squamish Station Shopping Centre and along the Blind Channel waterfront in Downtown Squamish. The project will include five separate six storey buildings totaling 216 apartments with commercial space at grade. The structures will be connected by a two-storey parkade, and a common open space will be located above the parkade at the third storey.

Information remains limited at this time, and the project has not yet received full approval from the District of Squamish. If the project is ultimately approved, the condos could be offered for sale sometime as early as 2021.
