An exciting new development is coming to the Loggers East Neighbourhood in Squamish. A rezoning application has been submitted at 1039 Finch Drive to enable the construction of 25 townhomes ranging from 3-4 bedrooms in size, each with it's own private rooftop patio.

Pulse targets net-zero energy operational use. Townhouse units are designed to include a substantial amount of insulation, as outlined by Passivhaus, and will contain no fueled appliances, for no carbon emissions. Roofs will provide enough solar photovoltaic panels to generate power for each home, averaged over the year.

This upcoming townhome development is directly adjacent to Diamond Head Development's master planned community at Finch Drive, the first new development in this area which has already started selling.
