South Britannia by Tiger Bay Developments

South Britannia by Tiger Bay has cleared the first hurdle and moved onto the second reading stage. This masterplanned community if approved will bring to market 900 homes to Britannia Beach, all of which will be attached dwellings. 

SURF PARK

A focal point of this new master planned community will be a state of the art, six-acre surf and adventure park designed by Wavegarden, a Spanish based engineering company who specializes in the design and build of wave generating systems and lagoons for surfing. Their "Cove" technology has the ability to release up to 1,000 waves per hour.

Also included in the development plans are a pedestrian friendly town centre equipped with numerous commercial amenities including restaurants, breweries and retail services. There will also be several options for tourist accommodations including cabins, a waterfront lodge, a hotel next to the surf park and glamping areas.
