Britannia Beach Townhomes by Adera & Macdonald Development

Adera and Macdonald Development Corporation have come together as a join venture and are planning a large a mixed-use development consisting of 73 units and 6,172 sf of commercial space in the heart of Britannia Beach. VIP previews will begin in the summer of 2021 and official sales launch is expected for the fall of 2021. 

The 73 homes will be a mixture of 2 & 3 bedroom townhomes and an average of 1,600 sqft. The property is located at the entry to Britannia Beach North at Copper Drive and Highway 99, across from the B.C. Mining Museum. The development will consist of 64 woodframe townhouses, 9 live/work units, and 11 rental apartments. Amenities for the project include a refurbished and upgraded community hall, children's play area, community park, off-leash dog park, linear park and Creekside trail, fitness facility, and a daycare space.
