The Plaza at Junction Park by Solterra Development Corp.

Solterra Development Corp. has filed a rezoning application for two mixed-use buildings along the waterfront on Cleveland Avenue in downtown Squamish. The northern building is 6 storeys and 4 storeys on the north end and the southern building is 8 storeys in height. The project recently received approval from Council at 1st Reading and if fully approved, sales could start sometime in late 2018 or 2019. The development will include roughly 154 apartments with a variety of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes spread throughout the project.
