New Listings in North Vancouver — Week of May 22, 2026


142 new properties came to market across North Vancouver this past week — the highest weekly volume in over a month. Apartments led with 70 new listings ranging from $365,000 to $1,699,000 (median $799,000), followed by 51 detached homes from $1,499,900 to $4,850,000 (median $2,299,000), 15 townhomes from $909,999 to $1,739,990 (median $1,299,900), and 6 half duplexes from $1,450,000 to $2,525,000 (median $1,859,000). Lower Lonsdale led all neighbourhoods with 34 new listings, followed by Central Lonsdale (25), Lynnmour (12), Pemberton NV (10), and Lynn Valley (9). Deep Cove had an unusually active week for detached homes with five new listings, including two on Panorama Drive priced at $2,698,800 and $2,749,900. Canyon Heights added four detached homes, three of them with suites. Of the 51 detached homes, 22 include a secondary suite. 11 relisted properties were removed before publication. In Lynnmour, four units at 1401 Hunter Street came to market simultaneously between $998,000 and $1,049,000 — that is meaningful choice in a single building at a competitive price for newer construction. For detached buyers, Deep Cove had a rare week with five homes active — four of them with suites and all under $3,830,000 — which gives genuine options in a neighbourhood that rarely has this kind of depth. If you are buying a home in North Vancouver, this is a week worth acting on before the best inventory moves.

What This Means for Sellers

Volume is up but so is competition. In Central Lonsdale, 150 W 15th Street had two condos list in the same week — 311 at $674,800 and 608 at $698,000 — buyers will compare them directly, so pricing precision and presentation will be the differentiator. In Westlynn, three detached homes came to market between $1,889,000 and $2,598,000 — again, a buyer in that range has real choice.
