Innova - Sales have commenced at Innova, Cascadia Green Development’s new project located right in between the Moodyville and Lower Lonsdale neighbourhoods of North Vancouver. Spanning an entire city block, the buildings will be connected by a unique open-air thoroughfare (pictured) accommodating a variety of commercial spaces. Units range from 1-3 bedrooms and 480 - 1,455 sq.ft. in size.

Millenium Central Lonsdale -  Central Lonsdale’s newest gem, Millenium by Millenium Development Co. is now available for sale by private appointment. Building features include an exceptional rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and hot tub, a fully equipped gym and outdoor BBQ area. Crescentview at Edgemont -  Several units remain available to purchase at Crescentview, VPAC Construction Group’s new development in the quaint Edgemont Village neighbourhood of North Vancouver. Apex at Seylynn Village - Now selling at Seylynn Village, Apex by Denna homes is over 50% sold and units are going fast in the rapidly growing Lower Lynn community of North Vancouver. Apex at Seylynn Village is close to all the natural beauties that North Vancouver has to offer and is a great place to invest, as development is still in the early stages.

North Harbour by Concert Properties - Aire - One of the most anticipated new developments in North Vancouver’s history is now selling their second phase, Aire at North Harbour. With 290,000 sq.ft. of commercial space and a one-acre park planned, this development is quickly becoming one of the most desirable new communities in all of North Van. Park West at Lions Gate -  If you missed out on the initial release at Park West at Lions Gate and would still like to secure a unit, opportunities still remain. If you’re not ready to buy yet, or still haven’t found the opportunity that matches your criteria, here’s a few developments to keep your eye on. 

Emerald by Ebb & Flow - The second launch at Ebb & Flow, sales at Emerald are expected to be released in fall of 2022. Located in the exciting new Lions Gate Village nestled next to the Capilano river, residents at Emerald will have easy access to the Capilano Regional Park, Grouse Mountain and Ambleside Beach, all while being a 10 minute drive away from downtown Vancouver. A total of 41 homes will be available ranging from 1-4 bedrooms and 566 - 1,753 sq.ft. in size. Expansive rooftop decks with riverside views will be available in select homes.

Eastwoods - After a successful phase one in Maplewood, Anthem Properties is gearing up for their second release in this neighbourhood branded as Eastwoods. There will be a total of 39 stacked townhomes brought to market, conveniently located steps from the new NorthWoods Shopping Centre. Homes range from 2-4 bedrooms, and each will have its own outdoor private living space. 

Parkside at Lynn - Mosaic Homes’ newest release at Parkside at Lynn is anticipated for late 2022, this time in the form of townhomes. Located at the edge of Kirkstone Park in Lynn Valley, this development is conveniently located to commercial amenities all within minutes of the North Shore’s world class trail network.

The Trails Lower Lonsdale (Phase 2) - Yet another townhome opportunity in North Vancouver, Wall Financial Corp. in conjunction with IBI Group are preparing to release another 48 units to market at the Trails Lower Lonsdale. All homes released in this phase will be two and three bedrooms. Located steps away from the new Moodyville Park and a short walk to Lonsdale Quay, The Trails Lower Lonsdale is ideally located in a rapidly growing community.

Seylynn Gardens - Denna Homes is planning another multi-building development directly across the street from their Compass, Beacon and Apex buildings at Seylynn Village. Their newest phase will bring to market 186 condominium units in a 19-storey tower in this exciting new community.

Belle Isle North - Another exciting development is coming soon to Lions Gate Village in North Vancouver, Belle Isle North by Woodbridge Homes and Citimark. Designed by Integra Architecture, the 96 townhomes will be spread across nine different three storey buildings. Just minutes away from the Lions Gate Bridge and the Capilano Regional Park.

Seymour Estates - Anthem Properties has broken ground on another large-scale development site, North Vancouver, Seymour Estates which will bring 132 townhomes and 94 condominiums to market. Located just off Mount Seymour Parkway adjacent to Windsor Secondary, this development will bring new life to the area.

Holland Row (Phase 2) - After a successful first release, PC Urban is gearing up for another phase at Holland Row in the new Lions Gate Village area of North Vancouver. Holland Row Phase 2 will be a collection of 15 luxury townhomes with a premier 'waterfront' location backing onto the Capilano River. These spacious three and four bedroom homes will feature private backyards, secured parking garages with direct access into your home, and a premium appliance package.

Norgate - The Dammholz Group is planning a new development in the Marine Drive/Norgate area of North Vancouver which will bring 31 new woodframe condominium units in a four storey building to Market.
