The District of North Vancouver council recently voted in favour to greenlight Maplewood Gardens, a mixed use joint venture development by Quadreal and Darwin Properties located at 2131 - 2171 Old Dollarton Hwy in the Maplewood neighbourhood of North Van.

A total of 534 homes will be built at Maplewood Gardens, spread across five, six storey buildings that will also include 8,640 square feet of commercial space. A total of 358 strata units will be coming to market, ranging from 1-3 bedrooms. The development will also contain 116 market rental units and 60 below market rental units, and 33 live/work units.

The neighbourhood is conveniently located steps from the newly developed NorthWoods Shopping Centre featuring Stongs Market and several other retail outlets. Located in close proximity to the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge, you can be downtown or anywhere in North Vancouver in 15 minutes!
