Waterfront Landing at SEA and SKY by Bosa and Kingswood

Building off of the success of SEAandSKY, Bosa Properties and Kingswood Properties are now getting prepared to launch the grand finale in their master planned community along the shores of Howe Sound. Anticipated to hit the market in fall of 2025, Waterfront Landing will feature a total of 735 strata condominium and townhome units, 301 market rental homes and 25 affordable rental homes all spread across 9 different midrise buildings ranging from 4-6 stories in height.

Of the 735 condos and townhomes, 46% are expected to be 1-bedroom layouts, 34% 2-bedroom and 20% 3-bedroom. The development will also consist of approximately 27,000 sq.ft. of ground floor commercial space.


Construction on a pedestrian bridge connecting to Downtown Squamish has already begun, and will be complete well before Waterfront landing. The pedestrian bridge is a major community amenity contribution being offered by Bosa Properties and Kingswood Properties, enabling residents easy walking access to all of the great amenities Downtown Squamish has to offer.
