Oceanfront Squamish by Matthews Southwest

Matthews Southwest has filed a rezoning application for a large mixed-use development on the oceanfront peninsula in Squamish. The project proposes 6 phases projected to be completed over 20 years including mixed-uses such as retail, civic and educational. In total, the development will consist of 100 acres and approximately 2,500 new homes, businesses, industries, green spaces and water access on the Squamish peninsula.

Construction is currently underway on this site, with sales expected to be released early to mid 2024.
