Kingswood recently received approval to develop a 8.3 acre site at 1500, 1573, 1583 & 1606 Scott Crescent in Squamish. The developer is planning seven low-to mid-rise buildings ranging from 3 to 6 storeys. The sales centre is fully completed and initial sales are expected to begin in May 2021.
