Burrard Place is a multi-tower, mixed-use development that is expected to commence sales in the second half of 2015. A joint venture project between Jim Pattison Group and Reliance Properties, the development will stand 54 storeys tall at completion making it the third tallest building in the city behind Shangri-La and the Trump Tower. The project is located at the corner of Burrard Street and Drake Street with many units offering amazing outlooks into the Georgia Straight as well as the North Shore Mountains and city lights. The residential component is expected to cater to a variety of buyers with a mix of both smaller, price point units and larger, luxury homes.
Overall, the project is expected to include 723 market residential homes, 87 rental units, 813 vehicle parking spaces, and 1,025 bicycle parking spots. The development is aiming to achieve LEED Gold environmental performance and certification.
